Manchester Super Giants can confirm that men’s captain Aiden Markram has returned to South Africa due to personal reasons.

In Aiden’s absence, Jos Buttler will captain the side for the remainder of The Hundred, beginning with today’s fixture against Welsh Fire at Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground.

New Zealand international Michael Bracewell will join Manchester Super Giants as the replacement overseas player for the rest of the competition.
